LABINAC announces exhibition during Berlin Gallery Weekend 2020 titled

LABINAC, the design collective founded in Berlin by the artists, Maria Thereza Alves and Jimmie Durham together with Kai-Morten Vollmer will celebrate the serendipity of light coming from cracks and fissures with an exhibit of new lamps and chandeliers.
“Glass dances with light most magically”, according to Jimmie Durham, who was awarded the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement in the last Venice Art Biennale.
At Callie’s, a new art space in Berlin, LABINAC will present a collection of recently-made lighting designed by Alves, Durham, Modersohn, and Strinna.
The opening will be on Friday, 11.09.2020 from 6–10 pm at
